Do you take WCB claims?

We are an authorized WCB provider, and we do accept WCB claims so even if you are told to go to other providers you can choose your provider of choice and get your treatments done.

What should I wear to my appointment?

If we are treating your feet you will not be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you will be so comfortable and modest underwear or even a pair of shorts is appropriate.

What should I expect on my first visit?

On arrival you will be asked to complete several intake forms, you will then undergo a detailed assessment of your condition, which will be carried out by a registered physiotherapist.

How many treatments will I need?

Each injury/condition is different from each other. During your assessment your PT will discuss the goals you want to achieve with physiotherapy and the time frame required to achieve the goals. But you can always discuss this with your PT regarding your prognosis.

Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors.  Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress and your therapist communicates with your physician to help you achieve your therapy goals.
